"A very easy and eye-catching cake for any day of the week."

Ingredients

  • biscuits - 1 packet
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • cream - 1 packet, vanilla, without boiling
  • starch - 1, vanilla
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • chocolate sprinkles - 1 packet, for decoration
  • sugar - 5 tbsp, for the starch

How to make

Take a deep bowl, lay it out with transparent foil. Arrange a layer of biscuits on the bottom, while dipping each one in sweetened milk.

Prepare the starch according to packet directions and while still warm, mix it with the butter.

Beat the vanilla cream with a mixer for 3 min. with 2 cups (500 ml) milk in a bowl and it's ready. Combine the 2 creams and pour them over the biscuits.

Arrange biscuits along the walls of the bowl as well. Arrange biscuits and cream until out of ingredients. Leave the bowl for 2 hours in the fridge. Take it out and invert into a plate, remove the foil.

Smear it with a little of the remaining cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Quick and easy!
