How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar, then the milk, oil and flour with baking powder. Finally, add the grated chocolate. Put paper baskets into muffin forms.
Distribute the mixture into the forms but don't fill them up all the way. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 20 min. Take them out and leave them to cool. Beat the cream with the powdered sugar.
Add the dye and whip. Pour the mixture into a pastry bag with a star-shaped tip. Decorate the muffins with rosettes from the cream and place fondant figurines on top.
The ingredients are for 12 large or 24 small muffins. If you like you can double them.
