How to make
Stir the eggs with the milk and gradually add the flour. Pour a ladle of this mixture into a pan on the stove. Once the edges unstick, flip it over. Put the ready pancakes in a plate, cover them with foil.
Boil the chicken in salted water, wait for it to cool and debone it. Cut the meat finely and braise it briefly. Add the chopped pickles, mushrooms, black pepper and stir.
Grate the cheese and add 1 1/5 cups (300 g) of it to the mixture. Stir and once the cheese melts, remove it from the stove.
Put some mixture at one end of each pancake and roll them up. Arrange the pancakes in an oven dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until the cheese turns a golden color.
