"This is one heck of a tasty, chocolaty and original Cake with Rolls and Bananas. I`m practically licking my lips just sharing the recipe with you."

Ingredients

  • bananas - 5
  • chocolate spread - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • cake rolls - 2 brown + 1 white
  • biscuits - 5, for cake
  • sour cream - 1 cup
  • gelatin - 1 packet
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • coconut flakes - for decoration
  • rum essence

How to make

Soak the gelatin in the water and melt it in a microwave oven for about 1 min.

Mix the chocolate spread, sour cream and rum essence into it.

In a cake form, place the brown cake roll (cut into round slices) at the bottom, add cream, then round slices of bananas, white cake roll on top and repeat - cream, bananas and so on.

Once you've arranged the cake, put biscuits at the very top and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
