How to make
Boil the pasta according to package directions. I used small seashell-like Conchiglie, which are pretty firm and require about 10 min. of boiling.
When they're ready, wash them under cold running water and strain.
Cut the pork into small pieces and braise 5-6 min. in the oil.
When it's ready as well, transfer it with the pasta to a glass oven dish.
Pour the cooking cream on top and add the chopped green onion stalks, mustard and processed cheese. Add some salt, black pepper and mashed garlic (about 1/2 tsp each) or however much you like.
Finally, grate the cheese on top and put the glass oven dish in the oven. Bake at 430°F (220 °C) for about 10 min. or until the cheese browns and crisps.
