- chicken steaks - 3, from the legs
- for the marinade
- soy sauce - 1 cup
- white wine - 1 cup
- thyme - 1 tbsp
- rosemary - 1 tsp
- salt

Combine the soy sauce with the white wine and spices. Season with salt.
Pour this marinade over the chicken steaks and leave them for 4-5 hours to marinate.
Heat a grill pan and bake the steaks on both sides until ready. Serve them with a suitable salad.
