"Dry Pastries that are super aromatic and actually melt in your mouth."

Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • honey - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp
  • flour - as much as it absorbs
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • for the cream
  • cream cheese - 1 packet
  • confectionery cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • lemons - rind of 1
  • liquid chocolate - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • strawberries - 5 - 6
measures

How to make

For the layer: Break the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites to snow. Beat the yolks, butter and honey with a mixer. To them add the beaten to snow egg whites, mix them carefully with a spatula.

Then, sift a little flour with the baking powder, salt and cocoa, stir again and gradually add more flour until you get a smooth cake mixture.

Pour the mixture into a large oven dish laid out with baking paper, then bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 10 min. and increase to 390°F (200°C) until ready. Once the cake layer is baked, leave it to cool completely.

For the cream: Beat the confectionery cream and sugar with a mixer, then add the cream cheese and grated lemon rind and beat again.

Once the layer has cooled, cut it into 8 identical squares, then cut them diagonally to obtain triangles.

Take a triangle, put some cream on it, put another triangle on top and decorate with liquid chocolate and strawberries. Make the rest of the pastries the same way.
