How to make
Wash the carrots and grate them. Also grate the cheese and salami. Chop the parsley finely.
In a bowl, combine the carrots, salami, cheese, parsley. Break the eggs into them and add the flour, salt and a pinch of black pepper, then stir well.
You have to get a thick mixture that doesn't run. Once the mixture is ready, heat the oil, form meatballs with moist hands and carefully drop them in to fry.
Once they're ready on one side, flip them over to fry on the other side as well and take them out onto paper towels.
