How to make
Make 1 of the packets of gelatin according to packet directions. Add the yoghurt to it, along with 2 tbsp sugar.
Stir and pour it into a suitable silicone form. Mash the washed and cleaned mulberries (you can keep the consistency thicker if you'd like).
Soak the second packet of gelatin in cold water, then heat it in a water bath or in the microwave (without boiling it). Add this gelatin and the rest of the sugar to the mulberries.
Stir and pour this fruit mixture over the yoghurt mixture that's now jelled in the form. Put the form in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Take the form out, dip it briefly in hot water and pour the jellied dessert into a suitable plate.
