Ingredients

  • biscuits - 12, Oreo, ground
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • for the cream
  • cream cheese - 2 cups (500 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • cream - 1/4 cup
  • biscuits - 8, Oreo, coarsely cut
  • for the topping
  • sour cream - 1 cup
  • biscuits - 8, Oreo
  • chocolate sauce - of your choice

How to make

Cover the bottom and sides of the form you're going to be making your cheesecake in with foil.

Mix the ground Oreos with the melted butter in a small bowl and lay it out evenly at the bottom of the form. Put the form in the freezer for about 15 min.

Beat the cream cheese, add the sugar and cream. Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the coarsely cut Oreos and pour it over the now cooled layer.

Mix the sour cream and chocolate sauce. Spread it out evenly on the cheesecake and decorate with a few Oreos.

Cool it well before serving and always serve with a glass of milk!
