Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 4 cups
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • cream - 1 cup
  • hazelnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), ground

How to make

Mix the yoghurt with the cinnamon and the powdered sugar. Beat the cream thoroughly and add it to the sweetened yoghurt.

Stir the mixture carefully. Add the hazelnuts, stir everything once again and leave the mixture in the fridge for half an hour.

Take it out, stir once more and leave for 3 hours in the freezer.
