  • fennel - 2 heads
  • carrots - 2
  • celery - 1 bunch
  • apples - 1, cleaned
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp
  • gorgonzola - 6.5 oz (180 g), diced
  • parsley - 1 tbsp, finely chopped

How to make

Clean the fennel, removing the hard parts, cut the heads into 2. Wash them with cold water, cut them into 3/32 pieces.

Julienne the carrots into thinly. Clean the celery, removing the hard parts, chop it finely. Cut the apple into wedges. Put the vegetables, apple, garlic in a suitable serving plate.
