"This vegan sushi is so easy and fresh, that you might even eat all the pieces yourself."

Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • nori - 4 pcs.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • cucumber - 1/2 pc.
  • dried tomatoes - about 100 g
  • vegan spinach sauce - 120 g
  • vinegar - 20 g
  • water - 20 g
  • sugar - 40 g
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Wash the rice, boil it and transfer it to a large plate.

Pour the vinegar, water, salt and sugar into a bowl and heat the mixture to melt the sugar.

Pour it over the rice and stir.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes from the jar, peeled cucumber and avocado into strips.

Divide the rice into 4 balls.

Take 1 sheet of nori, place it on cling film and spread the rice on 1/2 of the nori sheet.

On the sushi rice, put the sauce, tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, roll it up and cut it into 8 homemade sushi pieces.
