How to make
Knead the dough from the listed products by first beating the eggs with the sugar, the butter, the yogurt and the vanilla, and then adding the sifted flour with the soda. A soft dough should be obtained.
Tear off a small piece and put it in the holes of a walnut-shaped baking mold.
Bake the walnut bites in the metal press on the stove. Let them cool.
For the cream, put 13.5 fl oz (400 ml) of the milk with the sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat, I put it on 5. Stir periodically so that it doesn't burn you.
Put the eggs, the remaining milk and the flour in a bowl. Beat until smooth.
Once the milk and sugar boil, remove from the heat. In a thin stream, add the egg mixture and the butter cut into small pieces. Place it back on the stove and wait for it to boil.
Remove from the heat, add the grinded walnuts and stir. For flavoring the cream, add the cocoa and cognac, and stir again.
Cover the cream with cling film and leave it to cool completely.
I put cream in each walnut half and then stuck them together two by two.
Serve the homemade walnut bites with a cup of aromatic coffee.
