How to make
The yeast is dissolved in the warmed milk.
The flour is sifted and placed in the bowl of the mixer. The butter is cut into small cubes, sugar, eggs and milk are added to it.
The dough is kneaded until the products are homogenized.
The dough is then transferred onto a counter. Not much kneading is required. A very smooth and elastic dough is obtained.
Place it in a greased bowl and leave it in a warm place to rise.
The dough is divided into two equal parts.
Each part is rolled out into a 28-30 cm circle.
One circle is spread with the softened Nutella. Cover it with the other circle.
The circle is cut into 16 sections.
Each section (triangle) is rolled into a roll.
Arrange the chocolate rolls in a 26cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
The brioche is left to rise.
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 35 minutes.
The finished brioche with Nutella is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Enjoy it!
