How to make
Season the turkey fillet with soy sauce and black pepper. Leave it for about 1 hour.
Boil the gnocchi in salted and boiling water.
Make the breaded fillets in heated fat, rolling them first in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Fry the gnocchi briefly in a little fat, add peas and black pepper.
We put some of the gnocchi on a plate and the breaded turkey fillet on top of them.
We serve the breaded turkey fillets on gnocchi canape with a glass of white wine!
