How to make
The cooked white chicken meat is torn into strings.
Pour oil into a pot to cover the bottom and fry the flour until golden.
Add the paprika, stir and add the water or broth from the cooked meat. Add the chicken and stir continuously until it boils.
After no more than 5 minutes, it is removed from the stove.
In a bowl or mortar, crush the garlic with a pinch of salt and add to the cooked porridge.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Mom's chicken porridge is ready.
