How to make
Cut the eggplants into very thin slices lengthwise. Salt them well and leave them tilted to drain out their bitterness. Then rinse and dry them. Fry each eggplant in preheated oil.
Make a mixture of mayonnaise, crumbled feta cheese, a little salt and pepper to taste. Smear each fried eggplant on one side with the mixture. Place a thin slice of ham and roll it up like a snail. Arrange 2-3 rolls in a plate.
Pour a sauce made from the beaten yoghurt with chopped dill over the eggplants and ham.
