How to make
1st option: Marinate the rabbit meat for a few hours, you can add a little vinegar. Remove the meat and put it in colanders, hang them to drain well.
After they are dry, salt and arrange tightly in the jars.
Put 4-5 grains of black pepper on top, close with lids and boil for no less than 3 hours.
2nd option: Put the washed meat in a pressure cooker without the lid, after boiling, remove the foam and then add salt.
Close with the lid and after it boils for about 30 minutes, you take it out and put it in jars. Season with black pepper and close with lids.
Boil for about 1 hour after boiling.
