Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • milk - 2 cups
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • tuna - 2 cans of fillet with oil
  • cream cheese - 2 packs (240 g)
  • cloves - 2 crushed grains
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • oranges - 2 round slices, without the rind
  • parsley - 4 - 5 stalks, chopped

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and baking soda, add the milk, the flour gradually and beat the pancake mix. Fry the pancakes in a lightly greased Teflon pan.

Mix the tuna with the cream cheese in a bowl. Mash them with a fork well and add the orange, salt, cinnamon, cloves and mash with the chopped parsley until everything is homogenized.

Optionally, you can blend the products. Fill this mixture into the warm pancakes, wrap and serve them.
