  • potatoes - 500 g
  • onion - 1 onion
  • spinach - 350 g
  • eggs - 7 pcs.
  • butter - 50 g

How to make

The potatoes are boiled in salted water. After the potatoes have cooled, they are peeled and grated.

The spinach is scalded in salted boiling water. Strain well and chop it very finely. It is added to the grated potatoes along with a grated onion.

Add three beaten eggs to the mixture. The mixture is seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste. Everything is mixed well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Spread the crust on aluminum foil.

The remaining eggs are boiled and peeled. They are placed at one end of the spinach crust.

Using the foil, the crust is rolled up into a roll and transferred to a greased tray.

Pour melted butter on top.

It is baked at 200°C.
