  • salt
  • onion - 1 onion

  • broccoli - 3 florets frozen
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g) of canned, peeled, diced
  • savory herb
  • salt - to taste
  • minced meat - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) for sprinkling
  • cooking cream - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

The macaroni are boiled according to the instructions on the package for 8 minutes in boiling salted water and add the frozen broccoli at the end to blanch for 4 -5 minutes.

They are strained and a cup of the liquid is preserved.

In the pan, heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion and cloves of garlic.

Add the minced meat and stir until it crumbles. Pour the canned tomatoes and flavor with salt, black pepper, cumin and savory herb.

Cook over moderate heat until it has slightly thickened and add the cream and the separated liquid.

In an greased 24 cm baking pan, pour the strained macaroni and broccoli florets. Pour with the cream sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, cover it with foil for another 10 minutes and it is ready.
