How to make
Beat the egg in a bowl with a fork. Add carbonated water, baking powder and a little salt. Stir the mixture, until it becomes foamy.
Add grated cheese, a clove of garlic and corn flour. Mix again into a thick mixture, as thick as kachamak.
In a heated pan, greased with drops of oil, pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form it into a small round flatbread with a diameter of about 3.5″ (9 cm).
Bake all the mini cornbread until golden on both sides.
