"Salmon cooked in an air fryer - this is something new and unique"

Ingredients

  • salmon fillets - 2 pcs. approx. 3 cm thick
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. or avocado oil
  • dry herbs - 2 tbsp.*
  • salt - generous amount
  • black pepper
  • lemons - 1/2 lemon in slices
measures

How to make

In the air fryer, everything comes out crispier, juicier and always perfectly cooked in an incredibly short time.

It is best for your air fryer if the salmon fillets are all the same thickness.

Place the marinated salmon fillets in the basket of the air fryer. It's best not to stuff it too much. All you have to do is place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and switch it on for the appropriate cooking time. It's that easy!

You can see how beautiful the color is when the fillets are baked, not to mention extremely juicy and tender.

Remove any bones from your salmon if needed and let the fish sit on the kitchen counter for 1 hour. Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with rosemary, basil and other spices to taste, as well as salt and black pepper.

Place the fillets in the air fryer basket. Set a fryer program at 390°F (200°C) for 7 minutes for 1.2″ (3 cm) to 1.4″ (3.5 cm) thick fillets.

When the timer goes off, open the basket and check the fish fillets with a fork to make sure they are as cooked as you want them to be.

Drizzle the air fryer baked salmon with Hollandaise Sauce (I used ready-made) or steamed vegetables when serving.
