How to make
Toast the oats in a non greased pan for 2-3 minutes until they change color, stirring constantly.
Add the brown sugar to them and keep stirring until the sugar melts and the nuts caramelize. Then let them cool.
Add honey and chia seeds to the condensed milk and mix.
Chop 1 small banana and the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside 3 whole strawberries for decoration.
Add the banana and oats to the yogurt and mix. Set aside a small portion of the oats to drizzle over the fresh fruit cream.
Put slices of strawberries on the bottom of dessert glasses. Cover them with some of the cream. Add another layer of strawberries and cream on top.
Finally, sprinkle with the caramelized oats and add 1 strawberry on each.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours.
A very quick and tasty low-calorie dessert with strawberries and banana, suitable for the whole family.
