"Summer freshness cheesecake is the perfect easy and quick solution for something sweet and refreshing on a summer afternoon"

Ingredients

  • gelatin - 2 tbsp (20 g)
  • sour cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • vanilla essence - 5 drops
  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • biscuits - 8 oz (220 g)
  • oil - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
  • milk - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • chocolate - optional

How to make

Grind the biscuits into powder. We pour them into a deep baking pan and then add the oil.

Mix them well and spread them all over the bottom of the baking pan. Press with a spatula, then leave it in the refrigerator to cool.

Heat the milk and dissolve the gelatin in it, after it is ready, pour it into a deep bowl and add the sour cream, the vanilla essence and the sugar.

Mix with a mixer, take the baking pan out of the fridge, pour the cream over the biscuits and let the fresh cheesecake cool for about 2 hours.

If desired, you can grate chocolate on the Summer Freshness Cheesecake.
