How to make
Boil the manti in salted water for 20-30 minutes - until the filling softens.
Fry the red onion cut into crescents in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and sour cream.
Add the warm water and mix well until it has thickened.
Season with oregano, black pepper and salt to taste.
After the manti is cooked, rinse it with cold water and serve the dumplings along with the prepared sauce.
Manti (Turkish Dumplings) are very tasty.
