How to make
Take a bowl and mix the yogurt and mascarpone cheese in it.
Stir and add the maple syrup. Mash or grate the banana and put it in the bowl. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Wash the peach, peel it and remove the stone. Cut it into small cubes/pieces.
Grab a suitable cup, in the bottom of which pour a spoonful or two of the mascarpone mixture.
Then put pieces of peach, cream again, peach and then cream again.
On top of the mascarpone cream you can optionally crumble a biscuit, but it is not necessary.
The result is a uniquely tasty and healthy sugar-free mascarpone cream for kids, which children would not be able to resist.
