measures

How to make

Grate the onion and garlic with the minced meat. Tear off the leaves of the fresh parsley.

Add salt and spices and knead the minced meat well. Leave it for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Grate the cheese and chop the bacon into small cubes. This will be the filling for the Tasty Pljeskavica.

Take a portion of the flavored minced meat, a little more than the amount that fits in a closed fist.

With greased hands, place it on a board or sheet of cling film and flatten it into a thin meatball. Add the cheese and bacon on it and cover it with a second layer of minced meat shaped in the same way.

Seal the edges well so that the filling does not come out.

Using this method, shape the remaining pljeskavica burgers until you run out of products.

The Serbian Pljeskavica are cooked on high heat on both sides, but not too much so that they don't burn. It is best if you grill with charcoal, but it is not a problem to cook them on an electric grill, although there is a difference in taste.

Serve the cheesy pljeskavica with fresh salad or fries.

Enjoy your meal!
