How to make
Wash and peel the zucchini. Grate them on a coarse grater and season with salt. Put them in a colander to strain their water.
After 30 minutes, squeeze them and place them in a greased baking pan. Add the chopped fresh dill, breadcrumbs and black pepper to them. Stir to combine the ingredients and level it out.
Arrange the sliced sausage on top (I used cooked ham sausage). Crumble the white cheese over it and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Beat the eggs with a little salt and pour them over the casserole.
Cut the butter and put it in several places.
Bake in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 40-50 minutes until ready.
Leave it to cool slightly and cut it into pieces. Serve with a fresh salad.
The Zucchini, White Cheese and Sausage Casserole is ready.
