Ingredients

  • carrots - 7 oz (200 g)
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • honey - about 2.1 oz (60 g) or to taste
  • water - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml)
  • ice cubes - about 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Put the carrots in a shaker jug, nutri blender or Thermomix and grind them for a few seconds. They should not be well blended, some very small pieces should remain.

Add the lemons to them, cut into large pieces without peeling them and well they should be washed well.

Turn on at maximum speed for 2-3 seconds. This will squeeze all the juice out of the citrus, including the aromatic essence from the peel.

Dilute the honey in part of the water and if it is not very liquid, warm it slightly.

Mix with the remaining water and pour it over the carrots and lemons. Leave the mixture for a few minutes - no more than 5 minutes.

Strain the healthy energy drink directly into a pitcher of ice cubes and serve it!
