  • onions - 1 onion

  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)

  • eggs - 10 pcs.

How to make

The nettles are placed in a large bowl. They are poured with hot water to remove their burning property and to stew them slightly.

Leave them to cool to a handleable temperature, so that they can drain well and are clean.

Squeeze them well, by pressing with your hands. Clean and finely chop them.

The onion is cleaned and finely chopped. The carrot is peeled and washed. It is grated. The prepared vegetables are placed in a pot with a wide bottom.

A good amount of oil is added. They are fried. Add sugar and paprika. Mix.

Add the tomato juice and the savory herb. Cover the nettle stew with the lid and leave it to stew for a while.

Heat water in a pressure cooker. Add it to the pot and cover it again to stew. Season with salt and black pepper. The stew is boiled and the eggs are cracked into it one by one, aiming for them to fall in different places in the pot.

Put the lid back on and let it cook. Put the flour in a bowl and mix it with a little water. It is added to the pot. Let it boil a little longer without a lid.
