measures

How to make

For this delicious blondie chop the walnuts into pieces and set them aside.

Melt the grated white chocolate with the butter in a water bath (at 50°C) and also set it aside.

Beat the two eggs with the sugar in a bowl. If you're beating in a water bath, the result will be even better.

After a fluffy and sticky cream has been obtained, pour the chocolate along with the butter, the flour, sifted with baking powder and finally the chopped walnuts with the blueberries.

Mix, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour it into a small rectangular or square baking pan covered with baking paper. Level out with a spatula and put it in a 360°F (180°C) oven.

Bake the white chocolate blondie for about 30 minutes or until it acquires a golden color and starts smelling nice.

Leave the brownie variation to cool, by removing the paper from the baking pan.

Then sprinkle with ground pistachios, cut into pieces and serve the blueberry blondie.

Yummy!
