How to make
The hake is cut into pieces. Put it in a baking pan and season it with salt.
Drizzle with oil and bake it in the oven.
Stew the finely chopped onion and the coarsely sliced peppers in oil. Add the tomatoes (blended) to them.
Let the dish simmer on low heat, until the vegetables soften.
Pour the cream, add the fish and sprinkle with as much black pepper as you like.
Leave the dish on the stove for another 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
The hake with peppers and tomato-cream sauce is ready.
