  • lemon juice
  • himalayan salt
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salad mix - arugula, baby spinach, baby beet leaves

How to make

Clean the herring fillet. Season with Himalayan salt and sprinkle generously with lemon juice. Leave it like this for about 20 minutes.

Heat the grill to full power. Arrange the fillets. Grill them, until they aquire a golden color on both sides.

Season the salad mix with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Arrange the finished herring fillets.

Garnish the grilled fish with a lemon slices and serve.
