Ingredients

  • chicken steaks - 4 pcs. from thigh
  • salt - by taste
  • oregano - 4 pinches
  • basil - 4 pinches
  • lovage - 4 pinches
  • thyme - 2 pinches
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • lemons - the juice from 1 lemon
  • vodka - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • oil - for greasing the grill

How to make

In a suitable shallow bowl, combine the pressed garlic, vodka, lemon juice, honey and spices and mix very well.

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and put them in the marinade.

Leave the meat for 24 hours in the refrigerator, then strain and grill it on a very hot grill for 6-8 minutes per side.

Serve the steaks with a side of fresh salad of your choice.
