How to make
Peel the carrots and potatoes. Cut them. Cut the green beans into smaller pieces as well.
Finely chop the celery, garlic and onion.
Pour a cup of olive oil into a pot and heat it up. Add the vegetables, pour some water and stew under the lid for 5 minutes.
Then pour a liter of warm water and boil, until the vegetables soften. Just before they have softened, add the millet.
After 6-7 minutes, remove the pot from heat and sprinkle with black pepper, lovage and tarragon.
When serving the dish, flavor it with a little pressed garlic and a spoonful of vinegar.
The green bean and potato soup is ready.
