"Buckwheat mini burgers - healthy and tasty"

Ingredients

  • buckwheat - 2 cups
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • salt
  • fine oatmeal - 1 tbsp.
  • oil
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • savory herb
  • oregano

How to make

Boil the buckwheat and strain it from the water.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.

Soak the oats for 5 minutes in warm water.

Prepare a bowl, add the potato and mash it. Add the buckwheat and oats to it and mix well.

Then add the spices and breadcrumbs and mix again. Leave it aside for 20 minutes.

Shape the burgers with moist hands.

Grab a pan with a non-stick coating (you can also use a grill pan). Pour a little oil into it and cook the burgers under a lid over medium heat, until they're fully cooked on both sides.

Serve vegetable burgers warm. For garnish, I added some red onion, kalamata olives, boiled carrot and cauliflower.

The buckwheat burgers are ready.
