Cut the pickles into small cubes and set them aside. Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them. Heat a pan with oil, it should not be too hot and add the garlic.
Stew for a few seconds, being careful not to burn it and add the chicken. Now you can add ground black pepper.
Once the chicken turns white, I add the pickles. I wait for the liquid to evaporate and add the wine. On a lower heat, wait for it to evaporate.
I add the cream, wait for it to bubble and sprinkle with the curry and I add the cheese - it can be grated or cut into cubes. Once it has melted, remove the chicken with cream from the heat and serve it.
