How to make
For this delicious vegetable puree, peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Put them in a pot of water.
Add the celery and a pinch of salt.
Boil the vegetables, until they're fully cooked.
Take out the celery and blend it with a liquidizer, in order to make sure there are no pieces left. Strain the potatoes from the water and place them in a bowl.
Add the celery, spices, butter and cream.
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Add it into the bowl.
Mash everything with a potato press.
Sprinkle with dry or fresh parsley and serve the celery and cream puree.
