  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
  • parmesan - 3 tbsp. (grated)
  • oregano - 1 and 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Pound the lightly washed and dried schnitzels.

In a deep bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, oregano and black pepper.

Separately beat the egg white and roll the schnitzels in it. Then roll them in the breading mixture.

Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the breaded schnitzels on each side, until they aquire a golden color.
