Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • rice - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Finely chop the onion and garlic and stew them in 2 tsp. of oil. Add the rice and then fry. Add the sliced mushrooms and thinly sliced spinach.

Stew the resulting mixture, by stirring occasionally.

Pour 4 cups of warm water and boil for 20 minutes. Finally, season with salt and ground black pepper.
