How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the salt, sugar, olive oil and 2 cups of flour. Leave it to rise for 10 minutes.
Then stir again and add the remaining flour.
Form it into a circle and sprinkle it with oregano profusely.
Drizzle the focaccia lightly with olive oil on top and bake it.
The Oregano Focaccia is ready.
