  • condensed milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml) sweetened
  • confectionery cream - 16 fl oz (480 ml)
  • peanut butter - 9 oz (250 g)
  • peanuts - 2.5 oz (70 g) fried

How to make

Crush the peanuts into chunky pieces. Pour the cold confectionery cream into a large bowl and beat it.

Add the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and stir, until the ingredients are well mixed, then add 3/4 of the crushed peanuts.

Transfer the finished ice cream to a plastic container and sprinkle it with the remaining peanuts.

Put the ice cream with peanut butter in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
