  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • celery - 1 head
  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Peel the celery. The onion, carrot and celery are finely chopped.

The mushrooms are cleaned and cut into chunky pieces.

Fry the onions, carrots and celery in heated oil. Add the mushrooms and stew them, by stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.

Add salt and pour water - 6-8 cups.

When it boils, reduce the heat and add the rice. Leave the mushroom soup to boil, until it's ready.

Finally, add the chopped parsley and more salt, if necessary.
