Ingredients

  • carrots - 1.4 lb (650 g)
  • turmeric - 2 tsp.
  • ginger - 1 tsp.
  • coconut milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • salt

How to make

Boil the broth according to the instructions.

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
