How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar and separate one yolk for spreading.
Pour the soda into the yogurt. Sift the flour and knead a soft dough with all of the products, by adding the fat at the end.
Leave it to rest for about 30 minutes, then form balls and arrange them on trays lined with baking paper at a distance.
Spread the cookies with the beaten yolk with a little milk or water and sprinkle them with sugar.
Bake the cookies in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180°C), until they aquire a golden color.
The Lemon Easter Cookies are ready.
