Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • cream - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup, high fat, 4 - 5%
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 3 cups (minus 1 - 2 tablespoons)
  • baking powder - 2 packets
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • turkish delight - 1 package cream, chopped into small pieces
  • confectionery cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml), beaten

How to make

Put the muffin cups to warm gently in the oven at 390°F (200 °C). During this time, beat the eggs with the cream, yoghurt, milk, and oil. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until homogenous.

Finally, mix in the chopped into small pieces creamy Turkish delight. Distribute the mixture into the greased cups. If you are using paper muffin cups, no need to oil them.

Put the muffins to bake until ready, checking their readiness with a stick. Allow the ready muffins to cool for 30 minutes and take out of the cups.

Decorate them with whipped cream if desired.
