How to make
Sift the flour and dissolve the sugar in the water.
Add all of the products for the dough to the flour and knead a soft dough.
If it is still sticky, add a little flour.
Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, fresh spices to the minced meat and season with salt and black pepper.
Stir well.
Divide the chebureki dough into balls of equal size and roll them out thinly in a circle.
Add the stuffing in the middle, combine both ends and press them with a fork and shape them like pelmeni.
Heat the fat in a pan and fry the chebureki with minced chicken until they aquire a golden color.
