How to make
The flour, yeast (pre-dissolved in a bit of lukewarm water), milk and salt are kneaded into a dough, which is left to rise. Then add the eggs and half the sugar.
Knead the dough again and leave it to rise again, then form balls and arrange them in a buttered pan. Bake on medium high heat for about 30 minutes, remove, smear with butter, sprinkle it with the remaining sugar and some sesame seeds and bake until finished at a moderate temperature.
